Meet Gina and Andrea:
Hi! My name is Gina and I have loved everything about events and parties since I can remember, whether it be organizing and planning an event based on what my friends or family were looking for, researching to find the best deals in town, or putting it all together to see the end result. After I got to create my own wedding from scratch and throw the biggest event of my life, it became a dream to do this for a living and help others have a stress-free engagement/corporate event while I do all of the leg work for you!
My name is Andrea and one of the things I find most enjoyable is planning events for my friends. I love throwing showers and planning birthday parties and get-togethers. I believe I learned this skill from my wonderful mother! I have had the pleasure of being a personal attendant for multiple weddings, one of them being Gina's. I feel like I have all the necessary skills to be able to be successful at planning and organizing events. This is affirmed when I have people compliment me on a regular basis about my ability to plan and organize events as well as run them on the specific day.

Day of
You will have two coordinators just for the bride and her bridal party
Create and manage timeline for the day
Coordination and guidance of the rehearsal
Set up last minute decorations - church decorations, table placecards, centerpieces, cake table, gift table, flowers, etc.
Tear down decorations as needed
All and all, coordinate and supervise your big day so everything goes perfectly!
Partial Package
Additional meetings ahead of time to finalize plans with your venues and caterer
Pick up and return rental items
Finalize plans with and be the contact for all of your vendors
Finalize last minute details to ensure your day runs as smooth as it did in your dreams!

Originial consultation and brainstorming meetings with unlimited contact
Determining budget and tracking of the budget
Researching the vendors, finding the best fit for your desire and your budget, and scheduling and attending the meetings
Finalization of plans that include but are not limited to reviewing contracts, designing the venues and ceremony and vendor details
